Estate Vehicle Terms Summary:
All estate vehicles sell subject to executor/court confirmation with 10% buyer premium. Full payment must be received within 48 hours of auction close. Settlement must be made with cash, check with letter of guarantee, wire transfer, or bank letter of intent. Credit cards will not be accepted for titled vehicles.
