You are purchasing all items in the pictures for 1 Bid.

Storage Unit is located in Tipp City Ohio. Actual address will be made available to the purchaser at the conclusion of the auction.

All items must be removed and storage unit broom cleaned by the purchaser no later than Monday September 23rd. at 4:00 P.M.

A $ 200.00 cleaning deposit will be added to the final bid. This deposit will be returned to purchaser upon removal of all items.
