• Full payment must be received by our office within 48 hours of the auction close unless other arrangements are made with auction company.
Vehicles must be settled for with Cash, check with letter of guarantee or wire transfer. This may be handled at our office or the pick-up location. Funds should be made payable to Vondenhuevel Auctioneers LLC
• Vehicle shall remain at auction location until funds have cleared and vehicle is transferred into new owner’s name. Upon transfer of title, buyer shall assume all responsibility for the vehicle(s).
• Successful bidder shall upon notification of winning bid supply auction company with the following:
Complete name and address as well as contact number of the individual in which the vehicle will be titled to. This information will be provided to the local probate judge in the case for the approval of the sale and transfer of Title.
This process typically takes 7-15 business days. In the event title is unable to transfer due to estate or probate issues within 21 days following the auction, buyer may at their discretion terminate the auction contract and receive a full refund of monies paid to auction company.
